New Halim Clinic Satellite at PHCA — NOW OPEN 

 

The Perrysburg Heights Community Association is excited to announce the launch of a Halim Clinic Satellite right here at the PHCA Community Center! This new partnership brings free medical care for uninsured and underserved adults in Perrysburg Heights and surrounding areas.

 

📅 Clinic Launch Date

Open every Monday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

🩺 What the Clinic Offers:

  • Free primary care for adults without insurance

  • Chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, etc.)

  • Preventative care and wellness support

  • Compassionate, confidential, and respectful service

This satellite clinic is a collaboration between PHCA and the Halim Clinic, a volunteer-run healthcare provider based in Toledo. Services are delivered by licensed medical professionals who generously donate their time to serve those in need.

✅ No insurance? No cost. No problem.

Our goal is to remove barriers and provide accessible, quality healthcare for our neighbors.

For 26 years, Perrysburg Heights Community Association (PHCA) has provided daily afterschool educational and other enrichment programming for children who are disadvantaged and at risk.
We believe everyone should have the same advantages.

6000 sq feet of recreational, classroom and multi-purpose space.
5+ acre park, food bank, and a community garden.
ALL student participants Passed our 3rd grade reading guarantee!

While reducing high school drop-out rates from 80% - 0%
