Perrysburg Heights Community Center reports on programs

"The [PHCA] has a history of providing access to valuable after school educational and recreational programs for Perrysburg community children. These programs assist students with educational development and performance but more importantly provide positive reinforcement and encouragement towards becoming productive and successful members of the commmunity.
